Refund Policy

This is the one refund policy for everything sold on scoringworld.com and graphicalmiditools.com. To ask for a refund, write to support@scoringworld.com with your order number or the email address you bought with. Purchases made through FastSpring can also be refunded by contacting FastSpring from your receipt.

1. Sibelius tools and licenses

Tool licenses, bundles and upgrades are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Once a refund is issued, the license is deactivated and the software must be uninstalled.

Rent-to-own and subscribe-to-own payments can be cancelled at any time to stop future payments; the 30-day guarantee applies to the first payment.

2. AI Notator Assistant plans (Standard and Pro)

Because AI Notator Assistant credits pay for AI processing that we buy on your behalf, plans follow a usage-based rule:

  • First purchase: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment and have used less than 25% of your first month's credits.
  • Yearly renewal: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the renewal payment and have not used AI Notator Assistant since the renewal.
  • When a plan is refunded, it ends right away and its monthly credits are removed.
  • Outside these cases you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

3. AI Notator Assistant top-up credits

  • A top-up is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
  • When a top-up is refunded, its unused credits are removed from your account.

4. Free trials

Trial credits and free editions cost nothing and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

5. If something went wrong

If a technical problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for (for example, credits charged for a request that failed), write to us: we restore the credits or refund you, even outside the periods above.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right to a refund or to withdraw from a purchase that you have under the consumer law of your country.
