End User License Agreement

Please read carefully before downloading or installing any ScoringWorld Product ("the Software").

By installing or registering the Software on your computer, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1.OVERVIEW

The Software (including the GMT plugin and any other products) and all associated files—such as documentation, graphics, and sounds—are the intellectual property of ScoringWorld (by Saint James Barx) and are protected by copyright law.

2.REGISTRATION AND DATA PRIVACY

ScoringWorld is committed to protecting your privacy. Any data collected is used solely for product registration and activation and is limited to what is strictly necessary.

The data collected may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Product license key
  • Computer ID (an encoded string based on essential system components; no personal data is included)
  • Date and time of activation
  • Operating system type (macOS or Windows)

We will not share or sell your information to third parties.

3. SCOPE OF USE

  • The Licensee must hold a legitimate user license, obtained directly from official sites (www.scoringworld.com or www.graphicalmiditools.com ) or an authorized reseller.
  • Unauthorized use of any ScoringWorld plugin is strictly prohibited.
  • A Licensee may install the Software on up to three computers, provided they are the sole user. The Licensee is responsible for preventing others from accessing the Software.
  • Licenses cannot be transferred, resold, lent, or sublicensed.
  • The Software may not be modified, disassembled, decompiled, reverse-engineered, or redistributed in any way.
  • Rent-to-Own Licenses: If the Software is obtained via a rent-to-own license, it is valid only for the specified period. Such licenses may be canceled at any time or automatically due to payment failure.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or opened.

We strongly encourage you to try the free edition of GMT before purchase to ensure system compatibility.

5.DELIVERY OF LICENSE KEY

If you do not receive your license key upon purchase, please contact support@scoringworld.com immediately with your transaction details to ensure prompt delivery.

6.JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Argentina, and proceedings will be conducted in English or Spanish.

7.DISCLAIMER

The Software is provided "AS IS." All warranties, whether express or implied—including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed.

In no event shall the copyright owner or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
